Description

The main purpose of the air filter is to filter out dust, dirts, debris and airborne particles. Therefore its material selection, media and structure all must serve the same purpose.

    Filter Media

  • Synthetic non-woven as media cover for better maintaining shape and keeping evenly distributed media in good position
  • Fibrous paper or fiberglass substrates bonded by resin to create strong and flexible frame material
  • Higher retention level and therefore better air intake
  • Cellulose pleated for excellent air flow

    Panel Construction

  • Mesh screen on the backside supports the filter paper and media, preventing from bundling and bunching
  • Durable sealing gasket ensures maximal sealing and preventing particle entry
  • Easy installation with polyurethane panel

    Secondary Treatment

  • Filter insert impregnated with a special synthetic materials, increasing the resistance to water and chemicals, and enhancing resistance to ageing and pressure surge as well
  • Extended heat treatment to enhance the strength of the filter structure
  • Corrugated deep, rapid pleating and curing speed, extended contact area of the filter
  • Fine fiber meltblown increases the stability of the pleats
